Rural hillside plot of land (co-ownership of the total land) with water (well), pool (aljibe), large workshop and old ruinous finca farmhouse. Located exactly 5 Km north of La Cala de Mijas, on the hillside opposite La Cala Hills, over the Fuengirola river heading towards the AP7.

The workshop is 140 sqm and is open on two sides. The finca farmhouse is roughly 120 years old and was known as Finca La Cazuela back in the early 1900s, when it was one of the main stops on the coastal route between Mijas and La Cala. The house has a 100 sqm floorplan and is in ruinous condition (walls and roof have cracks and need serious repairs).

The plot has access (on the escritura) from a dirt track on the north side and also from the top of the hill, which is the south side, from a track which runs all the way down to the Mercadona street in La Cala.

The plot shape is more or less a rectangle of 75 x 115 metres, running length-wise up the hill. It’s slightly narrower at the bottom where the house is, and wider at the top.
